Aluminum and Stainless Steel Cleaner and Brightener 

Product Description

SHIP’SHAPE_™ is a concentrated specially formulated acid cleaner for aluminum in soak application. The unique combination of mineral acids of which capable for cleaning aluminum and stainless steel without excessive reaction when used according to instructions.

SHIP’SHAPE_™ is primarily formulated for those processors and fabricators who do not require a deep etch for their finishing process. Suitable for cleaning Window Frame, Advertising Board, Ocean Reefer Container and with particularity for food plant and slaughterhouse equipment…etc.

SHIP’SHAPE_™ contains balanced surfactants so there is no need for separate degreasing. However, if metal to be treated is very oily, then apply an alkaline cleaner FUNCHEMR^® LAC_™ prior to acid etching may be necessary. The mixed acid system gives a smut free surface on commercial grades of aluminum.

SHIP’SHAPE_™ contains an inhibitor so that it can be used in stainless steel tanks or mild steel tanks lined with acid resistant materials such as rubber, PVC or fiberglass are recommended materials for tank construction.
