Product Description

FUNCHEMR QAC 80_™ is a special blend of Alkyl Dimethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride, the Dodecyl (C12), Tetradecyl (C14) and Hexadecyl (C16) are the most active germicidal components of Alkyl (C8 to C18) Dimethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride. The distribution of C12, C14 and C16 is carefully controlled to insure excellent microbiocidal activity and good physical properties.

QAC 80_™ is an effective cationic microbiocide for Paint and Pesticide formulation; deodorant and algaecide in disinfectant, water treatment, cleaner and sanitizer for Homes, Farms, Hospitals, Institutions, Dairies, Food Processing and Packing Plants, Offices and Public Transportation Vehicles.  

The World Heath Organization (WHO) is stating that “SAR Syndrome is caused by a virus from the ‘Corona” family, the way of infection with SARS viruses have been found in respiratory secretions as well as in feces and blood. Possible infection way may therefore by respiratory secretion droplets (via air); direct contact with infected people but also with surfaces (smear infection). Skin and surfaces disinfections are therefore of the highest priority in order to reduce contamination followed by infection”. QAC 80_™ used as disinfectant is useful to reduce the danger of contamination / infection with the Corona Viruses --- SARS virus.

QAC 80_™ is an environmentally friendly agent and EPA approved, used in water treatment industries as algaecides and slimicides for Pools and Ponds, Industrial Water Reservoirs, Sea-water recirculating, Cooling Chiller and Towers system, keeps water free from fouling, Micro-biological (bacteria and fungi) or microbiological (mollusk, mussels, plants...etc) growths compatible with water hardness up to 400ppm.  (Additional information for Application and Dosage available on request)

The super concentrated QAC 80_™ formulated with up to 80% active also very effective used as Disinfectant Solution for air filters impregnation in Air-Clean industries.
