Product Description

K-100_™ is an excellent heavy-duty, moderate foam detergent for ventilator hood and general use in the food service establishment. It will be perfectly matched for the oil emulsification by Automatic Kitchen Ventilator Hood Washer, mantel cleaning of kitchen ventilator hoods as well as other equipment or appliances subject to soiling with grease and oil deposit. 

K-100_™ is pH neutral, completely water soluble in hot as well as cold water. It is also an effective lubricant and cleaner for food industries conveyor systems.

K-100_™ is a highly active detergent blend of non-ionic surfactants and anionic builders. No harsh alkali or solvents is contained and it is an environmental safe phosphate free product.
