Silicone Antifoam Compound

Product Description

FUNCHEMR SA_™ is not only an excellent Antifoam but also a very good defoamer therefore it is recommended that product be added to aqueous system before foaming states. Product contains Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) emulsion as one of the basic ingredients which is a group of polymeric organosilicon non-toxic and non-flammable compounds of which are commonly referred to as silicones. PDMS is not known to contain any chemicals currently listed as carcinogens or reproductive toxins (1). 

FUNCHEMR SA_™ is a non-ionic white neutral (pH7.0-8.0) water base emulsion, no Volatile Organic Compound (VOC), low viscosity (1500 cPs @25℃) liquid; designed for foam control in wide range of industrial aqueous system particularly in sludge dewatering, outflows and effluents, mechanical aeration and gas scrubbing system. This industrial-grade general-purpose antifoam contains no any hazard chemicals of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) offers the double bonus of cost effectiveness and top performance. It disperses easily across an extensive range of applications suitable in high temperature and high pressure while remaining stable and durable.
