Product Description 

106_™ is a very mild acid cleaner formulated for rapid removal of water scale deposit, stubborn stains, rust marks (metallic oxide), carbonic deposit, mortar splashes fungus and algae in nearly all types of construction surfaces, such as marble, bricks, terrazzo, mosaic, polished tiles, granite, Micro-crystal porcelain & ceramic tiles, shanghai plaster as well as any hard surfaces likes Quartz Housing of UV tube without corrosive effect. It contains no strong acid, such as Hydrofluoric Acid (HF), Sulphuric acid (H₂SO₄), Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) and Nitric Acid (HNO₃).

With the Australian State-Of-The-Art formulation, the mild acidic component of 106_™ will form a protective layer on the ferric metal base after oxide removal and also effective to restore the original appearance of the glazed surface without observable damage.

The viscosity of 106_™ is purposely modified its viscous property combine with the outstanding wetting agent ensure its optimum contact time for cleaning reaction in accordance with vertical surfaces. In addition, viscous 106_™ can reduce spill or run off of chemical, therefore cost effective than whichever.

106_™ contains Quaternary Ammonium Compound (QAC) and foam rich nonionic surfactants which are effective for the efficient removal of soap scale, body fats, algae, organic & inorganic dirt contamination from any hard surfaces. QAC also exist high disinfectant performance.
